1. Shri. Ashok Katariya

Shri. Ashok Katariya is the Executive Chairman of the Company. He is a gold medalist in Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from COEP, Pune University, India. Ashok M. Katariya has previously worked with the Public Health Department in Maharashtra and Prabhakar Takle & Co. In 1975, he started working as a Contractor in the PWD, Maharashtra. Subsequently, he ventured into civil construction and infrastructure development. He is an active participant in the Institute of Engineers, Indian Concrete Institute, Indian Institute of Bridge Engineers, Builders Association of India and Construction Federation of India. He has received the "Udyog Ratna" award from Indian Economic Council and Life Time Achievement award from the Association of Consulting Civil Engineers.

2. Shri Shrikant Shukla

Shri. Shrikant Shukla is 45 years old and highly educated with degrees like B.E. Civil, MBA, LLB. He is highly motivated and woks enthusiastically for the industry and academia with a perfect balance. He is currently working as a V.P, Ashoka Buildcon Limited Ltd., Secretary AEF.

3. Shri. Satish Parekh

Mr. Parakh's association with Ashoka Group begin in 1982. Under his leadership company has consolidated its position amongst the leading highway developers in the country. He has spearheaded the company’s diversification in Power (EPC) projects. He has been honoured with various awards and recognitions including the 'Industry Doyen' award by Construction Industry Development Council.

4. Shri. Ashish Katariya

Shri. Ashish Katariya was born on 21st June 1977 and is a qualified engineer with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering. A young, talented and dynamic individual, he is a Director of a Construction Company under the Ashoka Group.

5. Shri. Sanjay Londhe

Shri. Sanjay Londhe is an Executive Director of Ashoka Buildcon Ltd with a Degree of B.E. in civil engineering. He was born in 1964.

6. Shri. Rajendra Burad

Shri. Rajendra Burad is a gold medalist in B.E. (Civil), born on 25th January 1967and working as an Executive Director of Ashoka Buildcon Ltd.

7. Smt. Astha Katariya

Smt. Astha Katariya is a well-known and respected lady in the field of Education. She has earned her graduation in commerce and currently looks after Ashoka Education Foundation.

8. Shri. Peeyush Jain

Shri. Peeyush Jain aged 42 years, is General Manager (Accounts & Finance) of Ashoka Buildcon Limited. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce (honours) and is a qualified Chartered Accountant with 20 year experience. He is presently handling group accounting, direct tax matters and commercial issues. He joined the Company on November 16, 2004. He has about 14 years of experience with Ashoka Group and has practiced as a Chartered Accountant for 6 years.

9. Shri. Aditya Parakh

Shri Aditya Parakh belongs to promoter group of Ashoka Buildcon Ltd. Mr. Aditya is M.Sc , Finance, Reading University (UK). He completed his Bachelors in Civil Engineering from M.I.T. College Pune. He is actively involved in the operations of the Company and is currently taking care of real estate projects in Maldives, Goa and Nashik. An avid traveller, Mr. Aditya beleives that exploration is the key to disrupt stagnation.

10. Smt. Shobha Parakh

Smt. Shobha Parakh belongs to Promoter group & she is a housewife and mother to two children. She believes that home is the learning ground for every individual and a home maker has a key role in ensuring that every member in the family is ready to face the challenges of the world. Mrs. Parakh is involved in social service and is active in various self-help groups.
