PURPOSE

Academic Activities : Academic student activities refer to various clubs and programs specifically focused on helping a student in the academic sense. These can be major-based, area of study-based clubs, or programs and events designed to educate students in any scholarly subject matter. Students can acquire new skills, new knowledge, career ideas, and innovative opportunities by participating in academic activities.

Student activities are educational in nature and are considered as core mission of the Institute. Student activities support the goal of teaching students to be responsible and give them opportunities that develop character, critical thinking, problem-solving, team building, and leadership skills.

Though numerous extracurricular activities exist, the following activities are those that are most commonly found on college campuses.

Students Learnings : Our students actively participate in various academic, co-curricular, extra-curricular, industry based, cultural and sports related competitions organized not only on campus but also at inter-college level. The students have consistently been top performers at such events, which only goes on to highlight the accent that ABS as an institute lays on all round growth of an individual. Sports, trekking, outdoor and fun activities not only act as welcome diversion from the rigors of theoretical class room sessions but also aims to unearth the latent talents and skills of our students which in turn help in the overall development of student’s personality.

At FROLIC the annual show Buzz event, we organize a memorable Days –celebration. During these days various events such as Business Plan competition, Short Film Competition, Research Paper Competition, Talent Hunt, Fun Games, Fine Arts and Performing Arts, Best out of Waste Competitions are organized. The gamut of activities is to ensure that every student comes forward to participate in and showcase at least one sphere where they can contribute confidently.
