CRITERIA-1 : CURRICULAR ASPECTS
1.1.1 The Institution ensures effective curriculum planning and delivery through a well-planned and documented process including Academic calendar and conduct of continuous internal Assessment.
Curriculum Delivery and Academic Planning:
Our institution ensures effective curriculum delivery through a meticulously planned and well-documented process, which involves the collaborative efforts of several structured committees. The curriculum and academic calendar are designed and published by Savitribai Phule Pune University, providing a comprehensive framework for our educational activities.
Academic Council: This Academic Advisory body oversees the overall academic integrity and alignment with the university’s standards. It is responsible for planning the needful certificate courses which will add up the values in the curriculum and also ensure the quality curriculum delivery to meet educational goals.
Curriculum Planning: Academic Coordinator works closely with faculty members to design and plan the course content for delivery through Micro plans. They ensure that the contents given by faculty through Course Files is relevant, up-to-date with current academic and industry needs, and inclusive of innovative teaching methodologies.
Approval of Micro plan and Course File and Documentation: The proposed curriculum is reviewed and approved by the Academic Council. Detailed documentation is maintained either in soft or hard copy, including the Syllabus by the University, course outlines, objectives, assessment methods, Internal evaluation parameters, Case studies, referral URLs etc.
Timetable and Scheduling Committee: The Academic Council is tasked with creating the academic calendar for the Semester and scheduling classes with the Time Table Coordinator in a manner that maximizes resource utilization and minimizes conflicts. They ensure that the academic schedule aligns with the Commencement circular published by the university. They consider factors such as faculty availability, classroom resources, and student needs.
Quality Monitoring through Class Observations: The Director, Academic Coordinator, and senior faculties monitor the Class and evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum delivery. The feedback is being collected by from students and faculty, conduct regular reviews, and implementing improvements to enhance educational quality. This Committee conducts regular assessments for newly joined faculties for their effective classroom delivery also through surveys, feedback sessions, and performance metrics in the Monthly Performance Report. They ensure that the curriculum is being delivered effectively and make necessary adjustments based on the findings.

Value addition & certificate courses for MBA students offer an excellent opportunity to enhance their skills beyond the core curriculum. These courses cover a wide range of topics such as advanced data analytics, digital marketing, leadership development.
